Sustainably caught fresh seafood, with an emphasis on a minimalist yet wholesome and flavorful menu using only premium quality seafood and fresh local produce.   Our seafood vendors are carefully selected to ensure all our fish and shellfish are from clean waters and caught using methods which do not harm other species or the surrounding environment.  Our farmed seafood does not contain antibiotics or hormones. Apart from serving the finest sustainably caught seafood, we know exactly where, when and how all our fish was caught. This ensures we always serve our guests fresh fish and shellfish.
